By accessing and using NexuDesk ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NexuDesk is a browser extension that facilitates the synchronization of Zendesk ticket data to Notion workspaces. The Service is provided "as-is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

3. License and Usage

Upon purchase of a license, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use NexuDesk in accordance with these Terms. The license is valid for:

  • Monthly subscriptions: Valid until cancellation or non-payment
  • Lifetime licenses: Valid indefinitely for the licensed user

You may not sublicense, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your license key
  • All activities that occur under your license
  • Ensuring compliance with Zendesk and Notion's respective Terms of Service
  • The accuracy and legality of data you sync through the Service

5. Data and Privacy

NexuDesk does not store, collect, or retain any ticket data or customer information. All data transfers occur directly between your browser, Zendesk, and Notion. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

6. Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted to support@nexudesk.com within this period. Please see our Refund Policy for complete details.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexuDesk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Service

8. Third-Party Services

NexuDesk integrates with third-party services including Zendesk and Notion. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or terms of service of these third-party platforms. You acknowledge that your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NexuDesk operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
