2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all purchases, no questions asked.
This applies to:
- Monthly subscription licenses
- Lifetime licenses
3. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date
- The request must be sent to our support email: support@nexudesk.com
- You must provide the email address used for the purchase or your license key
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these simple steps:
- Send an email to support@nexudesk.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include the following information:
- Your email address used for purchase
- Your license key (if available)
- Purchase date (if known)
- Optional: Brief reason for refund (helps us improve, but not required)
- Wait for confirmation: We will process your request within 1-2 business days
5. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved:
- We will initiate the refund within 1-2 business days
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed
6. After the 7-Day Period
Refund requests submitted after the 7-day guarantee period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. While we cannot guarantee approval, we will consider:
- Technical issues that prevented proper use of the extension
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Extenuating circumstances

7. Monthly Subscription Cancellations
For monthly subscriptions:
- You can cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will retain access to NexuDesk until the end of the paid period
- No refunds are provided for partial months unless within the 7-day guarantee period
- No charges will occur after cancellation
8. License Deactivation
Upon issuing a refund:
- Your license key will be immediately deactivated
- You will no longer have access to NexuDesk features
- Any data synced to Notion will remain in your Notion workspace (we do not have access to delete it)
9. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Abuse of the refund policy (multiple purchases and refunds)
- Requests made after the 7-day period without valid extenuating circumstances
- Changes in Zendesk or Notion's APIs or policies that affect functionality (though we will work to adapt)
10. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks can result in:
- Immediate license deactivation
- Additional fees from payment processors
- Potential account suspension
