3. How Data Flows Through NexuDesk

When you use NexuDesk to sync a ticket:

  1. The extension runs entirely in your browser (client-side)
  2. It reads ticket data directly from Zendesk's web interface
  3. The data is formatted and structured in your browser's memory
  4. The formatted data is sent directly from your browser to Notion's API
  5. No data passes through NexuDesk servers at any point

This architecture ensures that your sensitive support data remains between you, Zendesk, and Notion only.

4. Information We Do Collect

We collect minimal information necessary to provide and improve the Service:

4.1 License and Account Information

  • Email address (for license delivery and support)
  • License key and activation status
  • Purchase date and payment method type (not full payment details)

4.2 Technical and Usage Data

  • Extension version number
  • Browser type and version
  • Error logs and crash reports (anonymized, no ticket content)
  • Aggregate usage statistics (e.g., number of syncs performed, not content)

The limited information we collect is used solely for:

  • License validation and activation
  • Providing customer support

  • Improving the extension's performance and reliability
